Conditions

1.1 Parties. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the registered user ("Player", "you", "your"), and jelevo ("jelevo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jelevo.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

1.2 Acceptance. By registering an account on jelevo, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is automatic upon account creation and does not require a separate signature. If you are acting on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you are duly authorized to bind that individual to these Terms.

1.3 Regulatory Authority. jelevo operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The Platform is legally authorized to offer online casino games, sports betting, and related gaming products to eligible players within the Philippines. All operations, game standards, player fund management, and dispute resolution processes are subject to PAGCOR oversight and applicable Philippine law.

1.4 Additional Policies. These Terms must be read in conjunction with jelevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion terms, the specific rule or promotion terms shall prevail for that particular matter only.

1.5 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall control.

2.1 Minimum Age. Pursuant to Philippine Republic Act No. 9287 and related PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age to participate in online gambling in the Philippines is twenty-one (21) years old. By creating a jelevo account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter when you access the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jelevo Service is intended for residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jelevo is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. jelevo does not accept liability for any unlawful access from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jelevo account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Personal Use Only. A jelevo account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not allow any third party to use your account, credentials, or funds, nor may you use another person's account or credentials.

3.1 Registration Information. To use the jelevo Platform, you must register and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jelevo is required by PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID); and
• A recent self-portrait (selfie) photograph holding the submitted ID document; and
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months where required.

3.3 Verification Timeline. KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jelevo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelevo username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify jelevo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or suspicion thereof. jelevo shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jelevo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, Landbank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms. Deposits are credited to your jelevo gaming balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published on the jelevo cashier page. jelevo does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit (same-source policy) where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply as published. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following standard timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 5 minutes to 2 hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: Within 1 to 24 business hours;
• Other bank transfers: Within 1 to 3 business days.

4.4 KYC Prerequisite for Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the account holder has completed and passed the full KYC verification process as described in Section 3.2. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.

4.5 Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are in Philippine Peso (PHP). jelevo does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred by payment providers outside of jelevo's control.

4.6 Dormant Account Fees. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. A monthly administration fee of ₱100 may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees commence.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. jelevo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede these general provisions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your jelevo account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jelevo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using professional betting strategies to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Promotional Changes. jelevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may be geographically restricted, player-segment specific, or time-limited. Eligibility for promotions is determined solely by jelevo, and such determinations are final.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All jelevo casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not susceptible to manipulation by jelevo or by any player.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is available in the respective game's information panel. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual playing sessions may deviate significantly from published RTP figures.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity interruption, or software error that disrupts a game in progress, jelevo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jelevo's records shall be the authoritative reference in all disputes arising from technical issues. The outcome of a voided round is not appealable.

6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card shuffles, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by trained croupiers at jelevo's certified live studio. Live dealer games are governed by published table rules and are streamed via high-definition video. jelevo is not responsible for outcomes arising from player misinterpretation of game rules or network interruptions on the player's side.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting odds are published in advance of events and are subject to change. jelevo reserves the right to void bets on events cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or subject to integrity concerns as determined by relevant sports governing bodies or PAGCOR guidelines. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelevo Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorization from jelevo;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other coordinated scheme designed to defraud jelevo or other players;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jelevo staff, support agents, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any jelevo software, code, or security mechanism.

7.2 Reporting. jelevo is required by Philippine law to report suspected money laundering, terrorism financing, and other serious criminal activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR. Cooperation with these reporting obligations is mandatory, and jelevo may not notify the reported individual that a report has been made.

8.1 Suspension by jelevo. jelevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where jelevo has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• A player is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Account security has been compromised and suspension is necessary to protect the player's funds; or
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities have directed jelevo to restrict the account.

8.2 Closure by Player. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jelevo support. Voluntary closure requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] from the registered email address. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be resolved, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines, and any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method.

8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon permanent account closure, whether initiated by jelevo or by the player, you will not be permitted to re-register on jelevo unless expressly authorized in writing by jelevo's compliance team. This restriction is particularly relevant to players who have enrolled in jelevo's self-exclusion program, for whom re-registration during the self-exclusion period is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Commitment. jelevo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. jelevo complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides players with a range of tools to manage their gambling behavior.

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered jelevo players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly net loss caps;
• Session time limits: Maximum play session duration limits;
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications showing net win/loss at user-defined intervals;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of up to five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the elected period. jelevo will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the Platform, creating new accounts, and receiving marketing communications.

9.4 Age Verification. jelevo conducts age verification checks on all new accounts and will conduct additional checks where there is any reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 21 years of age. Access to games and cashier functions will be suspended pending verification. Confirmed underage accounts will be permanently closed.

10.1 Disclaimer. The jelevo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jelevo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses. jelevo does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at any particular time or that any specific game will be accessible.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jelevo's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the jelevo Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. jelevo shall not be liable for any: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data or goodwill; or any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account (unless caused by jelevo's own gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10.4 Force Majeure. jelevo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond jelevo's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related restrictions.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact jelevo's customer support team at [email protected] and allow jelevo a reasonable opportunity (not less than fifteen (15) business days) to resolve the dispute internally. jelevo's support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

11.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through jelevo's internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority. PAGCOR has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against licensed online gaming operators and can direct remedial action where a violation of licensing conditions is found.

11.4 Jurisdiction. For the purposes of any judicial proceedings that may be necessary after exhausting the dispute resolution process above, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.1 Right to Amend. jelevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, PAGCOR licensing requirements, jelevo's product or service offerings, or operational policies.

12.2 Notice of Changes. jelevo will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms by publishing an updated version on jelevo.cam and sending a notification to the registered email address on file. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the jelevo Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jelevo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
